How do I care
for my jewellery?
Always store your
jewellery in the gift packaging to avoid tangling or discolouring. Never spray
perfume or hairspray on your jewellery as this will tarnish it and significantly
dull the sparkle on the stones and crystals. Silver can be cleaned using a
silver cloth. Your jewellery is delicate so care should be taken whilst wearing
it.

How your order will be packaged Amelie Alexander take great pride in how our jewellery looks right down to the beautiful presentation box you will receive it in. Delivery We promise to get your jewellery to you within 14 working days but if you need it quicker, we will do our very best to accommodate you. Either email us or phone us on 01786 850297 and let us know - we will let you know right away if we can help. Postal All deliveries will require a signature on arrival. UK Standard Delivery within 7 working days - free Europe - £8.50 for 3 items or less Worldwide - £10.00 for 3 items or less Our returns policy We at Amelie Alexander strive for perfection and if, for whatever reason, you are unhappy with your purchase, please return it unworn in its original gift packaging making sure the jewellery is properly protected to: The Studio, We recommend you send all jewellery to us using recorded or special delivery. Refunds Jewellery to be refunded should be returned to the above address within 7 days of receipt. Please make sure you let us know you want a refund either by way of a note, email or by phoning us. Postage for anything you would like refunded is at your own expense. After we receive the jewellery we will email you letting you know that we have received it and confirm of your refund. If you wish to return anything between 8 days and 28 days of purchase, we can offer an exchange or credit note for all unworn items in original condition. Exchanges We can exchange all our jewellery including bespoke items should you wish within 28 days of receipt. Please let us know what you would like to exchange it for. Postage for returning these items is at your own expense. After we receive the jewellery we will email you letting you know that we have received it and confirm your exchange or credit. Faulty goods Please return the jewellery to us explaining the fault. If the item is indeed faulty then we will refund the cost of the item, including original delivery costs to you, plus delivery costs incurred by you when returning the item back to us by postal service. Repairs on items bought from us some time ago We will offer to repair the item free of charge at our discretion for up to six months from date of purchase, after which time a charge may apply.
